Replacing #889
Migrate from the older Android support libs to AndroidX and AppCompatActivity
This affects a lot of imports and code references, but no actual code
In testing there has been some issues due to the changed support libs though, those changes have been merged previously.
This will be pushed to the Play Beta channel to be tested.
